The Office of the Chief Executive Office role is to:

  • Strategically lead, monitor and evaluate GEP’s Business Unit processes, programmes and projects.
  • Monitor and evaluate impact of GEP’s programmes
    Ongoing monitoring, scanning, advising in the change in the legislative landscape challenges to inform/improve business processes.
  • Development, implement and monitor the DOA Framework.

Sub-unit within the Office of the Chief Executive Office:

COMPANY SECRETARY
  • Enforce governance framework in order to safeguard the integrity of the organization and to promote high standards of ethical behavior.
  • Providing advise to the board and officers in relation to the board’s duties and any other statutory requirements
  • Ensure corporate accountability by communicating with the company’s stakeholders
  • Administer the following aspects i.e. minute taking, EXCO, board and its committees
COMPLIANCE
  • Provide quality assurance, verification and validation of information to improve data integrity within GEP
  • Collate information on all projects and programmes requiring oversight and create project list
  • Monitor GEP’s and external stakeholders compliance to contracts and agreements
  • Monitor and ensure quality assurance of documentation/ evidence for GEP’s Annual Performance Plan as per the Framework for admissible evidence.
  • Validate accuracy on submissions/ invoices addressed to the CEO in relation to Contract versus Delivery
